We offer a straightforward, transparent commission structure that allows landlords to spread payments over the duration of the tenancy. Unlike most agencies, our commission is deducted directly from the rent, so you start receiving income as soon as your tenant moves in.

As members of The Property Ombudsman (TPO) for lettings, we follow TPO’s Government-approved Codes of Practice, giving you additional protection beyond what the law requires. This ensures free and fair redress in the unlikely event of an unresolved dispute. We are also regulated members of ARLA, which ensure members provides higher professional standards, trained staff, legal compliance, client money protection, and added peace of mind.
