We will appraise your properties market value and assess your property’s location, condition, and offer recent comparable sales to provide an informed valuation plus discuss pricing strategies. We are realistic and will never over value a property to win an instruction. We offer honest advice based on the market and on your home. If we feel there are some improvements to be made to best present your home, we will discuss with you and assist in getting these carried out before marketing.
2. Marketing & Listing. We will have professional photographs taken of your property along with a floorplan. Your property will appear on all the top online platforms including our own website, Rightmove and Zoopla.
3. Viewings & Buyer engagement. We arrange and conduct viewings with both new and already registered applicants. We often will already have a known buyer in mind from the valuation visit.
4. Negotiation & offers. All offers are discussed with you, and we handle the negotiations to ensure the best possible price is achieved. We wont push a sale to hit targets, we want our clients to be comfortable with the price they accept and know that we met expectations during the process.
5. Legal Process & Exchange. We will assist with the legal paperwork and work closely with solicitors to facilitate a speedy and smooth process to get contracts exchanged.
6. Completion. Once the transaction is finalised, you will receive payment and ownership is transferred.
